And in those moments, you may realize that you are not as aware of yourself – your emotions, your thoughts, or your beliefs – as you would like to be. So, together, we will explore how to develop self-awareness and mindful living, powerful growth concepts.

SESSION 3: NOVEMBER 6, 2019, 8 PM EST
Let’s explore how compassion and self-compassion play out in daily life. And how to cultivate empathy in relationships with others and ourselves.
Why should you build compassion? To have the strength to be present with suffering. To have the courage to take compassionate action. And to have the resilience required to prevent compassion fatigue.

SESSION 2: NOVEMBER 5, 2019, 8 PM EST
A well-balanced life is grounded for wisdom, freedom, and is the protector of compassion and love. Let’s explore ways to cultivate calm, composure, and presence.
In life, you have things you want to do and things you must do. The challenge is to balance the choices you make between what you must do, and what you enjoy and choose to do. We will discuss seven essential supports for living a balanced life with calm and composure.

SESSION 4: NOVEMBER 7, 2019, 8 PM EST
We all have aspects of resilience and grit within us. Explore with us how to transcend the daily grind, and deal with the tough stuff. You will unearth aspects of your powerful self.
Try to clear your mind of preconceived notions, and allow your brain to synthesize new concepts. Together we’ll explore traits and tips that help build resilience and grit into our lives.
RIDE OUT THE STORM WITH HOPE
SESSION 5: NOVEMBER 8, 2019, 8 PM EST

Hope is different than optimism, different than positive thinking. Hope is real, and it is profound. You can’t fake it. Hope plays an essential role in your mental, emotional, and physical health. You are motivated to action and strengthened by hope.
